Ok!
This is distressing. I don’t know another way to cite music placements. The only other place to cite albums is Apple Music.
How do I cite music placements in film and tv if I can’t use imdb? I would just have to remove all citations and leave it as is. Is that something I can do? Thanks in advance. Jmobb (talk) 02:37, 2 December 2021 (UTC)
I have no idea what I am doing. is this the way to respond? I looked at your edits and they work for me. does this mean the page gets published? thanks in advance! Jmobb (talk) 19:05, 2 December 2021 (UTC)
Does this mean that the page is good to go? If so, it looks good to me. Thanks in advance!
- @Jmobb: G'day mate, I hadn't responded previously, that was from another user a while back. The issues with sources like that is that some are self-sourced so if anyone can edit IMDB like Wikipedia, there's no guarantee of the authenticity of the information per WP:IMDBREF. Ideally you'd find an independent reliable article that lists off the discography. A standard of notability needs to be met as well per WP:NMUSICIAN and additionally with your recent userpage edits, it is highly discouraged to create articles about yourself or subjects you're personally involved with as it can lead to conflicts of interest and lesser quality/reliability/encyclopedic articles. I posted a templated message on your page with more info. — IVORK Talk 23:35, 2 December 2021 (UTC)
WP:AFC Helper News
Hello! I wanted to drop a quick note for all of our AFC participants; nothing huge and fancy like a newsletter, but a few points of interest.
- AFCH will now show live previews of the comment to be left on a decline.
- The template {{db-afc-move}} has been created - this template is similar to {{db-move}} when there is a redirect in the way of an acceptance, but specifically tells the patrolling admin to let you (the draft reviewer) take care of the actual move.
Short and sweet, but there's always more to discuss at WT:AFC. Stop on by, maybe review a draft on the way? Whether you're one of our top reviewers, or haven't reviewed in a while, I want to thank you for helping out in the past and in the future. Cheers, Primefac, via MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 16:00, 16 February 2022 (UTC)
