Request reason:

I have the right to choose my own user name, User:Chase me ladies, I'm the cavalry has no copyright on his user name or any likenesses therein, and him being an admin gives him no more rights to his username. Would it be a different matter if Chase me ladies, i'm the cavalry was a newly registered user with no edits? Are the sysops like "cardinals" of Wikipedia that are untouchable? May I be unblocked if you change my user name to Hockey_guy92? I'm the cavalry, chase me ladies (talk) 20:13, 10 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there. It doesn't matter whether the other user is an administrator or not, such a step is taken by us to only ensure that future confusion may not arise for other users who may get confused between the two of you. The other editor in question arrived on this project much earlier. Therefore, the choice, in this case, was for him. Now about your new account: Just discard this account and create a new account with your new user name. Try reading our username policy before creating a new name.
