Edit summary needed
[edit]Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Please make sure to include an edit summary with every edit. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history.
The edit summary appears in:
- User contributions
- Recent changes
- Watchlists
- Revision differences
- IRC channels
- Related changes
- New pages list and
- Article editing history
Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. Thanks! Frze > talk 17:48, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
Use Preview button
[edit]Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your edits to Public holidays in the United States , it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, reduces edit conflicts, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Thank you. --Frze > talk 17:48, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
A reference problem
[edit]Hi! Some users have been working hard on Category:Pages with broken reference names.
Here you added a new reference <ref name=ARIS2008 /> but didn't define it. This has been showing as an error at the bottom of the article. "Cite error: The named reference REFNAME
was invoked but never defined (see the help page)." Can you take a look and work out what you were trying to do? Thanks -- Frze > talk 17:49, 21 January 2014 (UTC)
Rehsjntdz, you are invited to the Teahouse
[edit]Hi Rehsjntdz! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. |
Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
