Sorry to take so long to respond to you. I believe you're referring to the cycle arrow, which was made by overlapping gradient triangles with donuts (separate shapes, not merged) made by punching a circle out of another circle. The other arrows are all just merged vector shapes with gradients. To make an arrow in Inkscape I often just connect the lines by hand but you can merge a three pointed polygon (triangle) and a rectangle to get the same thing (though much more geometrically precise).

Hello. You have made a wonderful diagram here: [1]

In the arrow from glycolosis to the Kreb's Cycle you have written in acetyl-CoA. There is an open bracket but I think you missed the closed bracket. It would be great if you could fix this.
