It appears that the ARM has moved from their accreditation program to more university-based programs. User Debbie has apparently tried several times to update this page and it has been reverted each time.
This page states that the exams are not longer available, i.e. the ARM Accredited Engineer program is no longer available. It may appear to be open as they still do have an ARM Approved Program page.
