Friends Life

Hi,

The Friends Life situation regarding this particular now-very-public case wasn't (imho) worthy of long-term record when it was all about an online petition which, indeed, the Guardian report was primarily about too. However the Channel 4 news coverage gave it a far wider reach and, I suspect, means there will be additional people looking on WP to seek more information (and that is what we are here for!) On a personal note, I also disliked being telephoned at home by the PR for Friends Life and asked to remove your statement - WP is not at the beck and call of PR companies (pro or con).
