I didn’t delete your content, it’s all still there in the code, I just put it in comment tags. I’m happy to change the previous Euro squads articles if that would make things better. – PeeJay 14:11, 4 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I’m just curious as to why any reader would need to know which teams contributed only one player. The point of the table is to show which teams contributed the most players, not where every single player came from. – PeeJay 14:18, 4 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I do see what you mean, but I feel like we have to draw the line somewhere, especially since that table is so long and narrow that it makes the article super long when you include all the small teams. Might be worth a discussion on the article talk page. – PeeJay 14:42, 4 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted Content

[edit]

Please explain why you deleted content that I added? This included flag icons and links to kit manufacturers wiki pages Castle10 (talk) 17:24, 2 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

As I commented in edit summary, we don't put flags to kit suppliers and as for links, only first mention is linking to a wiki page. Red Devil (talk) 19:56, 2 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Dates

[edit]

Hi, thanks for your edits on the List of Manchester United players pages! Just wanted to remind you to update the "statistics correct as of match played" date on each page. MAINEiac4434 (talk) 14:01, 21 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah, I try to remember that but sometimes it slips :) Red Devil (talk) 14:05, 21 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Man Utd vs Tottenham 2024 attendance

[edit]

Hey man, where did you get the attendance figure from for the Man Utd v Tottenham game last week? – PeeJay 17:45, 21 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I found two websites, where they have sometimes attendance figures for games, where Premier League lags - Football Critic and Footy Room. And when Premier League finally publishes those figures, they are exactly the same :) But sometimes even those website put "unknown". Red Devil (talk) 20:47, 21 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Your edit at ice shelf

I am just wondering what this change to the excerpt syntax does? I am curious. The template description says "|templates=.* – Ignore the blacklist and transclude all templates" but I don't understand it. EMsmile (talk) 08:23, 2 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Premier League Results

[edit]

You removed dates as being unnecessary. There is no other record of the dates of matches played. PiggyGull (talk) 09:02, 1 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

True, just like in the previous seasons. As usually, dates are removed from matches played. If we had fixtures like in cup competitions or Euro/World Cup, dates would be probably used. Red Devil (talk) 18:02, 1 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited 1959–60 European Cup, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Liam Tuohy.

Van Bommel goes down. Island92 (talk) 13:01, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Island92 I believe that for Dutch last names with "van" prefix we take into account first letter after that, in this case it's "van Bommel". Look list of CL hat-tricks for example. Red Devil (talk) 13:06, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Ok I revert. Island92 (talk) 13:12, 2 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
