Dear Raulebaaz. REcently you have deleted an article written by me "Territory (community and local power)". You have been so fast to proceede, though i was preparing the propper context for the concept proposed. I need to continue writing, please let me now what procedure i must follow in order to explain the concept and publish it. Thanks
