Which part of the block rationale do you not understand? This unblock request effectively solidifies the rationale for the block. I have removed your ability to edit this talk page, because you cannot understand English! If you cannot understand English, then you cannot edit the English Language Wikipedia! The editor who reviews your latest request can restore access if they think it is wise, but given that this is also a sock account then I think that is very unlikely.
