A rather belated welcome. I just noted your recent upload and addition of File:Metamorphic Aureole in the Henry Mountains.JPG to Metamorphism#Contact (thermal) metamorphism. The image is good, but we need a bit more info. Looks to me like a diorite sill(?) above a whitish contact zone in a pinkish siltstone or some other sedimentary rock. Perhaps you could add some detail of rocks involved to correct my guess :) and to aid those readers who might not have a clue. Maybe also add some indication of scale to both the image page and the metamorphism page. Vsmith (talk) 19:32, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I added some more info to both the thumbnail description in Metamorphism#Contact (thermal) metamorphism and to the image description in File:Metamorphic Aureole in the Henry Mountains.JPG. Let me know if you think that's enough info (or too much?). Random Tree (talk) 22:33, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks - that works for me. Vsmith (talk) 22:49, 25 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
