April 2015

[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Binksternet. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Maroon 5, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so! If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Hi, discogs in unreliable: Wikipedia:Reliable sources — Archive 48#Discogs -- 115.164.93.15 (talk) 00:58, 10 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please be careful and don't use unreliable source again. Please read "Sources to avoid". 115.164.51.52 (talk) 04:35, 11 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Citations

[edit]

Please do not simply add bare URLs. These are lazy references and subject to linkrot. Templates such as {{cite web}} and {{cite news}} should be used. 183.171.182.154 (talk) 11:59, 7 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

My bad I've just now looked at this message. I'm going to go correct or delete my citations that haven't already been corrected.

A tag has been placed on File:Maroon-5 TSGH....jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Reference tip

[edit]

Hi there, I suggest that you use http://dispenser.homenet.org/~dispenser/cgi-bin/webreflinks.py to convert bare reference - this would be help. 123.136.106.131 (talk) 03:54, 19 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Singles (Maroon 5 album), you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Shellback. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 09:08, 22 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Hayman30. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Big Innings: The Best of The Outfield, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Hayman30 (talk) 03:23, 19 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Live in Brazil (The Outfield album). Speedy deletion nomination of Paper Wings and Halo

[edit]

Hello RandomChoiceForMe,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Paper Wings and Halo for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is significant enough to be included in an encyclopedia, and the artist doesn't have an article.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!
