A tag has been placed on The scouts/ guides organisation, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, product, group, service or person and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become an encyclopedia article. Please read the guidelines on spam as well as Wikipedia:FAQ/Business for more information.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ╟─TreasuryTagcontribs─╢ 12:44, 10 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Knock off this disruption of Scouting articles or you will be blocked. RlevseTalk 14:08, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The above is somewhat newbie biting. An article about the Scouts/Guides Organisation (India) would probably be accepted but you must a) use that title instead if arrogantly using general, non-country-specific titles, b) write it in an encyclopedic tone and c) provide reliable sources to show that the organisation is notable. An edit such as this is pure vandalism and is likely to get you blocked - are you aware that there are scout organisations outside India? — RHaworth (Talk | contribs) 16:22, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Scouting articles

[edit]

There are several articles about independent Scouting organizations. You need to read these to understand how to write an article on the India organization. You need to follow our policies and guidelines. Good luck. --Bduke (Discussion) 23:15, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did at Scouting, you will be blocked from editing. Wuhwuzdat (talk) 13:16, 17 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

There are more than WFIS in the Scouting world. Scouting covers it all. You've now been warned at least 3 times. This is the last one. RlevseTalk 13:23, 17 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on The Scouts/Guides Organisation in India requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words.

If the external website belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. ttonyb1 (talk) 04:12, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The Scouts/Guides Organisation (India)

[edit]

I have had to revert all your edits, they are unencyclopedic and they are direct violations of copyright. --Chris (クリス • フィッチュ) (talk) 03:44, 31 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
