A tag has been placed on Virbhadrasana III requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, a "See also" section, book references, category tags, template tags, interwiki links, a rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that the page was nominated in error, contest the nomination by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion" in the speedy deletion tag. Doing so will take you to the talk page where you can explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but do not hesitate to add information that is consistent with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, you can contact one of these administrators to request that the administrator userfy the page or email a copy to you. The article Virabhadrasana III has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

This stub appears to be about an obscure yoga position. No citations, and no indication of sufficient notability for its own article (as opposed to a section on the Asana page, if citations can be given to show that this position is a) real and b) notable).

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. — further, Francophonie&Androphilie sayeth naught (Je vous invite à me parler) 16:49, 8 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

This is your only warning; if you insert a spam link to Wikipedia again, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Persistent spammers may have their websites blacklisted, preventing anyone from linking to them from all Wikimedia sites as well as potentially being penalized by search engines. Information icon Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Push-up. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion. Inappropriate links include, but are not limited to, links to personal websites, links to websites with which you are affiliated (whether as a link in article text, or a citation in an article), and links that attract visitors to a website or promote a product. See the external links guideline and spam guideline for further explanations. Because Wikipedia uses the nofollow attribute value, its external links are disregarded by most search engines. If you feel the link should be added to the page, please discuss it on the associated talk page rather than re-adding it. In looking over your contributions, it would appear that you are editing with a conflict of interest and are spamming multiple articles with promotional links. If you continue in this vein with even one more edit, you're likely to find your account indefinitely blocked. By Rajeshmsharma - Merc, do you know what is sirsasana. The video shown on the page is not correct. Why did you delete correct sirsasana video. Rivertorch (talk) 17:35, 8 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

There is no proper video of shirsasana in your page. The video which wikipedia is having is not correct, why are u blocking me for adding a correct form video of shisanana. My video of sirsana is correct video. The video which is shown on this page the man is not standing on his head. See the video merc.

What advertising have i done, what spam is it. I have added correct video of sirsanana. This is correct sirsasana http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAUpHw8hEvE not the one given on sirsanana page where the man is lying down on his side instead of doing sirsasana.

You've been here for more than six years and have "contributed" nothing but spam and links to your own website(s) and videos. MER-C 10:38, 19 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

It is not important for how many years i am here. You need to see this video and it is the correct sirshana, it is not spam. My virbhadrasana video is not spam. It should be handled by someone who knows these yoga posture. Do you mean to say that yoga postures are spam? or do you mean to say asana's are spam?

I am not a writer, I do asana and teach people how to do them. You had put up wrong video of sirsasana so i put the correct one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAUpHw8hEvE You need to add this correct video and remove that useless video which is not properly aligned.

What happened Merc, why no one is replying. Does any one know what is sirsasana in wikipedia.org can they reply me

  • As the editor who warned you most recently and then reported you when you ignored my warning and reinserted the link, I'll respond briefly. The link appears to be to your own YouTube channel, which in turn carries a url for "Rajesh Sharma's Power Yoga Flow" and an exhortation to contact you for various professional services. All of this is blatantly promotional—put simply, it is advertising—and contrary to Wikipedia's mission to provide neutral, informational, encyclopedic content. That you apparently don't understand that after its being explained to you above, with links to policy pages, doesn't bode well for any further requests to be unblocked. As a side note, I have just removed five of six other external links on Sirsasana. While all were potential violations of the guideline on external links, none was as flagrantly self-promotional as your link. Rivertorch (talk) 14:51, 21 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Ha Ha, carry on buddy with your "good work" enjoy.

It gives a feeling that you won't give correct information. If Rajesh Sharma is in the video, do u want me to say that a Lion is doing shirsasana. I would say Rajesh Sharma is showing the correct traditional way to do shirsasana. You would add videos links etc which don't have names even though they are wrong. This is sheer crazy. If some one shows pic of the body and in the background there are tree, you would say that person is advertising about trees. Do you get it? While watching video every one would be curious about who is doing sirsasana. If the person has background of asana readers would believe that yes this is correct / good version. Just putting a persons name on the video does not make it flagrantly self promotion. Yoga is not about self promotion. I am promoting traditional way of doing sirsasana. It takes years of practice to do that asana. Adding the video would better guide an individual the way to do shirsasana the traditonal way, the way Patanjali would want people to do sirsasana. Buddy mature, think what the core is not the paranphalias. I added that video because i know i am correct and the method is correct. God bless you.

No reply to above by neutral people's?
