Niru Yoga Niru Yoga is a modern-day version of hatha yoga, most similar to vinyasa, Iyengar, and Yin in that it focuses on alignment, but with more focus on the mind-body-heart connection. It was founded by Yogi Rajan, Nepal who created a basic unique system called the "find inner joy".

How to practice: Niru Yoga focuses on meditating inner joy, sensation internal body. in this yoga we add Mantra, Pranayam, yoga pose and relaxing sound healing, and the last deep meditation. and how each body part should be moving, and it's also known for its emphasis on heart-opening.
