A tag has been placed on File:Singam 3 Poster.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Orphaned non-free image File:Si 3 Poster.png

[edit]
⚠

Thanks for uploading File:Si 3 Poster.png. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 19:07, 13 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content without citing a reliable source using an inline citation that clearly supports the material. The burden is on the person wishing to keep in the material to meet these requirements, as a necessary (but not always sufficient) condition. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 05:58, 18 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Kabali

[edit]

I have no idea what your rationale for this was, because you provided no edit summary, but the information was presented as disputed based on reliable sources being inconsistent about the gross. Why you unilaterally removed that presentation in favor of a definitive value is a questionable choice. Please discuss first next time. Thanks, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 08:55, 18 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Also, re: these changes at List of highest-grossing Indian films, two issues: 1) Koimoi is not considered a reliable source by Wikipedia's Indian cinema task force. See WP:ICTF#Guidelines on sources. 2) You changed a pre-existing named reference and replaced the content with another reference, which produces an error on the page. See the giant red notice at the bottom of the page. Using generic reference names like "Kabali" is not a wise approach. Using something more specific like <ref name="IBT Kabali gross"> is a bit better, because it helps to prevent these redundancies. Please see Referencing for Beginners. Thank you. [edit]

Please do not add unsourced or original content, as you did with this edit to Si3 (film). Doing so violates Wikipedia's verifiability policy. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. SwiftyPeep (talk) 05:38, 19 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Unconstructive change

[edit]

Hi there, this edit is unconstructive. If you don't know why something is formatted a certain way, you should consider asking someone rather than disrupting the formatting. The |released= parameter of the film infobox should contain {{Film date}} formatting, not a raw date. See Template:Infobox film instructions to get up to speed on how the various parameters should be used. Thank you, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:12, 10 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Also this was obviously plagiarised from here. Life tip: copying is theft. It's intellectually dishonest and lazy and people lose their careers over it. Don't do it again, please. It will not be tolerated at Wikipedia. See WP:COPYRIGHT. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 17:17, 10 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Mersal infobox image

[edit]

Re: this, please don't change this again until you've achieved consensus via discussion on the article's talk page. This has been changed disruptively numerous times, and you're only contributing to the problem. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 16:56, 6 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
