You have already been told that you are not permitted to remove the tag from that page, but you kept on doing it, so I've been forced to block you from editing. When a page is tagged like that, you need to wait for an administrator to assess it. When your block expires you are welcome to continue editing, but if you continue editing disruptively like this you will be blocked again, probably for longer or indefinitely. I've evaluated the article - I didn't agree that the prose was promotional exactly, but I don't believe that there was an indication of why we would have an article about the person in question - a teenage actor who has had 'cameo' roles in a couple of films is very far from the notability guidelines outlined at WP:NACTOR, and I could find no reliable sources about this person at all (note that IMDB is user-generated, and not considered reliable here). Please read up on our concept of notability, we only host articles about people who have been the subject of multiple reliable sources.
