Jazz flute

[edit]

Hey Raelynn! I've moved your article from the "Wikipedia:" space, which is used mostly for community pages like policies and guidelines, into the main space for articles - Jazz_flute. Some comments on this article: first, the first section you have should be formatted as a history section, so you'll need to write what's called a lead (an intro) for the article. Second, some of the info you include on what a flute actually is is already included at flute - try to avoid overlapping too much. Third, try to avoid cliched statements like "Jazz theory is like the puzzle pieces of a 100 piece puzzle" - keep your tone neutral and encyclopedic, kind of like when you're writing a report for school. Finally, you're a bit short on sources at the moment, and many of the ones you do have are self-published - try to find more reliable sources. Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
