Thanks for uploading File:Vitech logo2017.png. You don't seem to have indicated the license status of the image. Wikipedia uses a set of image copyright tags to indicate this information.

To add a tag to the image, select the appropriate tag from this list, click on this link, then click "Edit this page" and add the tag to the image's description. Wikipedia has a very high standard for articles on companies due to the huge amount of submissions the project receives that are affiliated with those companies. It is such a high standard I sometimes have trouble keeping household-name companies in my country from getting deleted.

So, as for the examples you gave:

1. The company founder's qualifications are not a notability claim for the company - they, if anything, go towards a notability claim for the founder.
2 and 3 very much depend. For one, these claims are worthless as long as they're cited to the company website. Secondly, a claim like "Vitech Corporation offers a range of systems engineering consulting services to private sector firms as well as governmental organizations such as DOD, DOE, and NASA[11]" is also pretty worthless for determining notability because it tells us nothing except that the company claims to have some big contracts with government agencies. Lots of companies have contracts with government agencies. Why is this company significant in that regard?

Wikipedia is a big project, and "other stuff exists" arguments are rarely valid - it more likely means that something else slipped through the cracks. In the MagicDraw case, you're perfectly correct in that it doesn't have the sources to comply with Wikipedia's notability guidelines - so I nominated it for deletion. As for Vitech, granted that it's not the sexiest topic, but if nobody else is writing about the company except for the company, they're just not going to be about to pass the bar set by the notability guidelines.
