That's a hella impressive list. Going through my own collection of books I could only find a few you had missed. If you are interested they are; Birds of Vanuatu (Bregulla 1992); Birds of Seychelles (Skerrett, Bullock & Disley, 2001); Cuckoos, Cowbirds and Other Cheats (Davies, 2000) and Bird of Borneo (Myers, 2009), as well as the journal Bird Conservation International (which I've just noticed has gone free on the archives). Thanks, included. I do own three of the books, but they're on the second shelf. Unless someone provides a superior/comparable list of bird sources without caps, I'll leave the remaining on their shelf. • Rabo³04:44, 24 September 2011 (UTC)
That sounds like one impressive collection! Sabine's Sunbird talk 05:07, 24 September 2011 (UTC)

Megascops

Hi, I haven't been overly involved in the taxonomy debates. I moved the screech owls because a list of changes was put up by a non-admin user who couldn't do them himself because they involved a move over an already occupied page. I simply moved them in response to that. I personally don't mind what the name is, so feel free to revert my move or whatever you think is appropriate Jimfbleak - talk to me? 19:41, 7 October 2011 (UTC)

I was only something of a technician with this move following User Pvmoutside's request to move the page. Please also inform him of this problem, which I hope can be corrected as soon as possible. I have done some reverting, and I hope that the content of the page can be checked. Snowman (talk) 20:55, 8 October 2011 (UTC)
I guess user Pvmoutside forgot that I warned him about this case several months ago. I hope someone else has the time to deal with it. My current schedule prevents me from spending a greater amount of time on it. In my initial comment on Jimfbleak's page I provided the three solutions I think are possible. • Rabo³10:01, 8 November 2011 (UTC)

Canyon Wren

I started a re-do of the Canyon Wren page, based on your comments. I hope I have addressed them adequately! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Wrenhawk (talkcontribs) 23:04, 20 January 2012 (UTC)
