Hi RSDanneskjöld. Thanks for helping with the grammar. I wanted to point out that in Chile, Pinera's banners literally read "Delinquents," and as such, would not replace with "Criminals." Hi again RSDanneskjöld! :) I was born, raised and educated here in the states as well. There is a delinquency problem in my country; lately, it's gotten way out of control after always having been a relatively healthy culture. That's the importance of keeping that word. Perhaps I'll work on a short one or two sentence liner to include that in there... I'm open to recommendations.
