You are an employee of STFC - who? Andrew Taylor? These peer review papers have not been released (assuming that they do exist) despite requests made by myself and my colleagues. I have amended the article to some extent and believe that it falls within the rules. I believe that any changes on your part will be seen as nothing more than an attempt to gag a reasonable point. If STFC refuse to comment to confirm or deny, one cannot prove a negative. Howvwer, I can enocurage colleagues and students to sign up to Wikipedia and re-edit the article accordingly.

I'm not Andrew Taylor, no. However, I am an employee of the STFC, so WP:COI applies here, and I'll try and get another admin to deal with this instead of me. My conflict of interest aside, I'm working fully in line with Wikipedia policies, whereas you're not. If you are adding the information, it is your responsibility to back it up with valid third-party references. RLMCG, you seem to be interested in the scientific facility ISIS. Presumably this indicates a more general interest in scientific research. Wikipedia, however, is not a place of original scholarship, it is a tertiary source whose articles are constrained to follow reliable sources. Have your assertions been covered by any published articles relating their significance to ISIS?
