Hello! May I ask if (as per discussion) an article about Vafra chess engine would be welcomed in Wikipedia or (if a separate article would not be recommenced) the chess engine may be mentioned in Crafty Wikipedia article (as it is closely related to it)? Thanks.

Sorry - I missed the fact that there was a question in your post. To write a new article or to add to a current article, the question is whether the subject has been covered (with more than passing mentions) in reliable sources like books, journals or magazines. It sounds like you are dealing with a great product that hasn't been mentioned in a lot of independent sources yet.
