Hello RBT - Marketing. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:RBT - Marketing. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=RBT - Marketing|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Dylsss(talk contribs) 20:33, 30 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "RBT - Marketing", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because it is promotional and implies shared use. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing the form at Special:GlobalRenameRequest, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you. Information icon Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Anthony Lolli. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. NJD-DE (talk) 20:37, 30 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

RBT - Marketing, your edits are still unduly influenced by a conflict of interest and are promotional. I have thus reverted them. Please refrain from adding this content again. NJD-DE (talk) 20:55, 30 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

I updated the Anthony Lolli page in line with other examples I had seen for celebrities on Wikipedia which include links to websites etc. I am unsure as to why I have been blocked and would appreciate guidance if possible? thanks RBT - Marketing (talk) 21:06, 30 December 2020 (UTC)

Decline reason:

Please read the rest of your talk page. This has already been explained. Yamla (talk) 21:22, 30 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

Request reason:

Thanks for the review , I did read the messages in the talk section and think I understand the reason why now so will remove the links to third party websites from my edits. In terms of the other warnings , I have requested a user name change and added a paid editor line to my talk - can I please be unblocked to try again with this in mind - thanks RBT - Marketing (talk) 21:26, 30 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Accept reason:

Per our agreement below, and with Widr's consent in Special:Permalink/998942606, you are unblocked under the following binding unblock condition: You are not allowed to directly edit the article Anthony Lolli anymore. Instead, you will request any changes on the talk page of the article. Please note that Wikipedia is built and maintained by volunteers in their free time: Once you have requested attention to a proposal using the template {{request edit}}, it may take weeks or months for the request to be answered, and neither repetitively requesting the same changes nor disruptively canvassing/forum-shopping reviewers to your request can be tolerated. Please keep the section "Paid editors on talk pages" of the conflict of interest guideline in mind. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 19:26, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi RBT - Marketing, please wait until your account has been renamed before answering the following question: Would you agree not to edit the article directly anymore, and request any changes on the talk page of the article instead? You can use {{request edit}} on the article's talk page to attract reviewers' attention to such requests. Not editing the article directly anymore would be an unblock condition enforced by an indefinite partial block, and can be appealed at WP:AN at any time. Best regards, ~ ToBeFree (talk) 03:08, 31 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Good afternoon ToBeFree and Techie3 can you please confirm when my IP will unblocked? Im keen to get suggested edits on article talk page to ensure time for reviewers. Many thanks Aude
