In ancient times the king, monarch, dictators are the most wealthy and powerful persons of the nation but after scientific revolution and democracy it had changed. There are 8 billions human being living in this world right now including you and me. All human beings and all living beings in this world are dying after a certain old age. So to define a most powerful human being who has to die after a certain old age means how he can hire more human being at a time for his own personal work and how much property he has or he can purchase right now or he have means his maximum strength than other human being thus the most wealthy man in this world is the most powerful person in this world. At present robots are very costly with certain limitations but in future there is maximum possibility of all human military in this world to be replaced by robots more advanced and more useful and more cheap than a human soldier as science and technology is developing fastly so the main thing depends upon development of science and technology as almost all human being physical work job are fastly replaced by machines just depends upon the cost of machine or labour which is less if by machines then it is less then that job is occupied by a machine it is happening automatic. If all human soldiers are replaced by robots in future then the whole miliitary be controlled via sattellite and then the prime minister, home minister, president had to be completely depend upon science and technology and engineers and scientist. Then the country or person which is most advanced in science and technology and uses it means he is powerful or rich. For example at present Bill Gates is the richest person in this world who completely depends on science and technology with numerous http://engineers.So at present Bill gates who is the most richest person in the world is the most powerful person in the world.
