Could you possibly identify what Mr Prabhu's name is in Tamil script?

Hello Ragulvarma Prabhu.

If, as you have asserted, there is an elected politician from Tamil Nadu of the name Ragulvarma Prabhu, there would most likely be a Wikipedia article about him on the Tamil language Wikipedia and probably also on the Hindi language Wikipedia.

It may well be that this person's name has not had an good transliteration from Tamil here. Could you possibly identify what Mr Prabhu's name is in Tamil script?
