Content is decided on Wikipedia by consensus. Consensus is formed by polite discussion referring to sources and P&G at the article talk page. Edit summaries are not required, and certainly not the best way to form a consensus. As consensus requires collaboration, referring to others as "dickheads" is not particularly productive either. My experience at Wikipedia, which is considerably greater than yours, tells me that unless you adapt to the way things are done here, your career here will be very short.
