good work on Elisabetta Sirani --- Duckduckstop (talk) 20:19, 8 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Quintada I made some corrections to the Elisabetta Sirani page in February 2014 and I see that you have made many more since then. I am a freelance journalist and author and one of the topics I write about is historical crime, especially poisoning. I suspect (in fact I am convinced) that Elisabetta was poisoned by one of her female pupils (whose name I have, for the moment, forgotten). There are two poisons (both available in Italy at the time) that can cause death from peritonitis and whose effects could easily be mistaken for a burst stomach ulcer: mercuric chloride and arsenic trioxide. Do you think this should be worked into her Wiki page? I have not yet published anything on this but I think I probably could.Carlofantom (talk) 06:21, 30 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
