Quest3D software notability?

[edit]

Is this software package verifiably notable enough to be included in Wikipedia? Pavel Vozenilek 15:00, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

My article is gone

[edit]

I just added an article couple hours ago bout a software, but now it's gone. What happens? Anyone can help?

What was the name of the article? It was likely speedily deleted for either looking like advertising or for not establishing the product's notability. -- Merope Talk 18:56, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Quest3D is the name of the article. Thanks for the quick response.
The reason given in the logs was "G11". That is a reference to the 11th speedy delete category under "WP:SPEEDY". That means the admin who deleted the page felt it was blatant advertising. Unfortunately since I'm not an admin I don't get to see what the article looked like to I can't offer advice on how to re-submit it. ---J.S (t|c) 19:30, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Looks like an ad to me with no sources other than Quest3D and your username doesn't help.Geni 19:44, 11 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
No independant third party sources. Nothing to show the software is notable.Geni 09:26, 12 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I'll create a stub for Quest3D tonight. Then we can work together to expand it. ---J.S (t|c) 21:17, 12 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I tried to find some good sources last night but I couldn't find anything. I'd love to find some news articles or product reviews. Can you help me find some sources? ---J.S (t|c) 15:49, 13 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
