You have been blocked from editing for a period of 12 hours for abuse of editing privileges. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Nick Moyes (talk) 17:55, 30 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Admin note: I wanted to thank you for coming clean about your recent IP block, and how you want to edit constructively henceforth. It's appreciated, and I recognise we can all make silly mistakes and then regret it. But because your IP block is still active, I've just added the leftover portion of the 31 hour block to this account. It's purpose is to avoid someone giving you a longer block for WP:BLOCK EVASION. Once it's expired, good luck with your editing, and do check out The Wikipedia Adventure and WP:INTRODUCTION. 73s. Nick Moyes (talk) 17:59, 30 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Okay. So as long as I wait until my block expires before editing and only make constructive edits after that, it will be okay? --Qslcard (talk) 18:14, 30 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, my friend, that will be fine. Not long now. Nick Moyes (talk) 18:59, 30 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, thank you. Is it okay to work on the article in a file on my computer before then if I don't try to publish it until the block expires? --Qslcard (talk) 21:23, 30 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Absolutely you may! I know admins can be perceived as little Hitlers sometimes, but that would be a ridiculous thing for any of us to say. Go for it. Just come back careful and considerate - that's all I ask - and you'll have a great editing future here. Maybe one as long as the beautiful QQV0640A that's been sitting unused in my garage for the last 40 years, since I was a teenage UK G8! Nick Moyes (talk) 01:21, 31 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, thank you! 73, Qslcard (talk) 02:41, 31 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

WP:V

[edit]

When adding content to articles, keep WP:V in mind. Details, specifications, technology updates, etc. may be self-evident to you, however they do need to be cited to a reliable source. See WP:RS for what Wikipedia considers reliable sources. Thanks, - LuckyLouie (talk) 15:28, 31 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Oh okay. Is the WSJT-X Web site a reliable source for information about the features of WSJT-X? Qslcard (talk) 15:56, 31 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Discussion moved here. - LuckyLouie (talk) 17:06, 31 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
