AfD nomination of Ceasar and Chuy

[edit]

I have nominated Ceasar and Chuy, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Ceasar and Chuy. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. —BradV 01:19, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, Qreyes. Excellent work so far on improving the article - so long as you keep working on this, I'm fairly sure it will survive the deletion debate. A little advice, though - make sure that you tag the images properly (looks like you've had some deleted for that). Also try to include some citations to reliable sources to back up the information you've added. You may want to talk to some of the editors in the Television WikiProject to help you format the article properly. Good luck with the article, and let me know if it does survive the deletion debate! Speedy deletion of Image:CeasarandChuy.jpg

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Image:CeasarandChuy.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section I9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted images or text borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on [[ Talk:Image:CeasarandChuy.jpg|the talk page]] explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. —BradV 23:14, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Chuysoldmonitors.png

[edit]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Chuysoldmonitors.png. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page.
