Welcome

[edit]

Welcome to wikipedia, and thanks for cleaning up the article toy balloon. I thought it was sad that an article on such an important toy only had a machine translation.

Do you know what Italian crime movie the article is talking about? I looked at the article 99 Luftballons, and I couldn't find any reference to an Italian movie. Maybe the movie is in German, in which case we'll have to find another reference. Regards, Graham/pianoman87 talk 07:28, 23 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

OK. Also, you can sign your name on talk pages by typing 4 tildes like this "~~~~" ; see wikipedia:sign your posts on talk pages to find out how to customize it. Also, try to provide an edit summary, as this makes it easier to find out what edits you've made. Happy editing. Graham/pianoman87 talk 08:25, 23 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Use a pipe link. The syntax is like this: [[article title|description]], where article title is the title, and description is the description. So [[user talk:Qabach|talk]] will produce a link to your talk page with the description of "talk". If you want to test your signature, use something like the wikipedia:sandbox, as it won't work as intended on your user page or talk page (I made that mistake once!) Some people use more fancy signatures with email links and the like, but I don't like them; they just clutter up talk pages. Graham/pianoman87 talk 10:27, 23 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]
