Proposed deletion of My Party Quiz

[edit]

The article My Party Quiz has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Zero coverage in reliable sources. Only hits online are profile pages and websites promoting the game.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Terribly sorry for the confusion, I'm new to writing Wikipedia articles and I should have experimented in the "sandbox" first, because now, I gave you the wrong idea. I didn't meant to promote this game, and I am not tied to it in any way. I am trying to create several articles on various games that are being developed by Serbian and other studios in the Balkans. My goal is to give people from those areas motivation to pursue careers in those fields, but at the same time give them an objective approach. That particular game "My Party Quiz" is being played by parents with their children in an effort to boost the kids math and spelling skills. I know, the game does look very commercial, but in this particular case it was used in educative purposes. How about I clear the page "My Party Quiz" and continue working in the "sandbox" and when I finish, you can take a look. PuzzleDragon (talk) 02:04, 22 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi PuzzleDragon. I tagged the article you created for speedy deletion since you blanked it. Since you plan on using your sandbox to create the draft first, you can simply re-create the page when you're ready. If you have questions, my talk page is always open. Cheers! :-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 02:06, 22 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the leeway PuzzleDragon (talk) 02:08, 22 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
"Leeway" is a standard thing that everyone should grant you, since you're new. You're encouraged to be bold and make mistakes here (so long as they're in good faith and you learn from them, of course :-)). Good luck, and please do not hesitate to let me know if you have any questions or need help with something. Happy editing :-) ~Oshwah~(talk) (contribs) 02:15, 22 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Oshwah, does this constitute as an wiki acceptable page?

P.S I'm yet to write other articles, but I would like to focus on writing only objectively about games developed in the Balkans. Just writing about the core of those games, no user experience, or hype talk.

People should see that there are good indie studios and successful games that get placed on the global market rather than just AAA titles.

P.P.S. sorry for any errors in my writing, I'm not a native speaker.
