Control copyright icon Hello Purplecart, and welcome to Wikipedia. All or some of your addition(s) to Women's rights have been removed, as they appear to have added copyrighted material without evidence of permission from the copyright holder. While we appreciate your contributions to Wikipedia, there are certain things you must keep in mind about using information from sources to avoid copyright and plagiarism issues here.

  • You can only copy/translate a small amount of a source, and you must mark what you take as a direct quotation with double quotation marks (") and cite the source using an inline citation. You can read about this at Wikipedia:Non-free content in the sections on "text". See also Help:Referencing for beginners, for how to cite sources here.
  • Aside from limited quotation, you must put all information in your own words and structure, in proper paraphrase. Following the source's words too closely can create copyright problems, so it is not permitted here; see Wikipedia:Close paraphrasing. (There is a college-level introduction to paraphrase, with examples, hosted by the Online Writing Lab of Purdue.) Even when using your own words, you are still, however, asked to cite your sources to verify the information and to demonstrate that the content is not original research.
  • Our primary policy on using copyrighted content is Wikipedia:Copyrights. You may also want to review Wikipedia:Copy-paste.
  • If you own the copyright to the source you want to copy or are a legally designated agent, you may be able to license that text so that we can publish it here. Understand, though, that unlike many other sites, where a person can license their content for use there and retain non-free ownership, that is not possible at Wikipedia. Rather, the release of content must be irrevocable, to the world, into the public domain (PD) or under a suitably-free and compatible copyright license. Such a release must be done in a verifiable manner, so that the authority of the person purporting to release the copyright is evidenced. See Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials.
  • In very rare cases (that is, for sources that are PD or compatibly licensed) it may be possible to include greater portions of a source text. However, please seek help at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions, the help desk or the Teahouse before adding such content to the article. 99.9% of sources may not be added in this way, so it is necessary to seek confirmation first. If you do confirm that a source is public domain or compatibly licensed, you will still need to provide full attribution; see Wikipedia:Plagiarism for the steps you need to follow.
  • Also note that Wikipedia articles may not be copied or translated without attribution. If you want to copy or translate from another Wikipedia project or article, you must follow the copyright attribution steps in Wikipedia:Translation#How to translate. See also Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia.

It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices, as policy requires that people who persistently do not must be blocked from editing. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Ravensfire (talk) 17:33, 20 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Stop icon This is your only warning; if you remove or blank page contents or templates from Wikipedia again, as you did at Priyanka Chopra, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Krimuk2.0 (talk) 18:12, 1 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Hi ::@Ravensfire:  ::@MBlaze Lightning: ::@Acalamari: I would like to understand the Wiki policies once again. I removed uncyclopedia data from Priyanka Chopra page which stated that her spouse was Nick Jonas . They are not married and the only request I made was that they should wait until there are reliable sources that state that they are married. Was I wrong and If I wasn't. Why is this warning message on my talk page. Hope you people can share some light ::@Ravensfire:  ::@MBlaze Lightning: ::@Acalamari: (Purplecart (talk) 20:16, 1 December 2018 (UTC))[reply]

Note that the marriage has not Happened it will happen tomorrow 2nd December Indian standard time. There are more than 24 Hours Left. I believe that ::@Addshore: , ::@Avraham: and ::@Cecropia: you guys are probably the highest authority at Wikipedia. can you please shed light upon the above mentioned. would really appropriate your guidance (Purplecart (talk) 20:37, 1 December 2018 (UTC))[reply]

None of the references in the article currently seem to be that great regarding the wedding date. https://edition.cnn.com/2018/12/01/entertainment/priyanka-chopra-nick-jonas-married/index.html covers it pretty well though. ·addshore· talk to me! 08:48, 3 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Thnak you @Addshore:! I really needed unbiased opinion. Because the longer the discussion is pushed My arguments become Irrelevant because of the nature of the data being questioned? My Issue was that the marriage date was added and still persists before the marriage actually happened. This kind of favoritism is not healthy. Moreover now Krimuk2.0 has accused me of Sockpuppet. I make an Edit and magically some dispute happens on that page and I get dragged In. I hope I am given a fare discussion. (Purplecart (talk) 09:11, 3 December 2018 (UTC))[reply]

Sockpuppet investigation

[edit]

An editor has opened an investigation into sockpuppetry by you. Sockpuppetry is the use of more than one Wikipedia account in a manner that contravenes community policy. The investigation is being held at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Purplecart, where the editor who opened the investigation has presented their evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to investigations, and then feel free to offer your own evidence or to submit comments that you wish to be considered by the Wikipedia administrator who decides the result of the investigation. If you have been using multiple accounts (in a manner contrary to Wikipedia policy), please go to the investigation page and verify that now. Leniency is usually shown to those who promise not to do so again, or who did so unwittingly, but the abuse of multiple accounts is taken very seriously by the Wikipedia community.

Krimuk2.0 (talk) 08:25, 3 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

I wanna complete my Education. I need this Account Please dont block me.

Request reason:

@Berean Hunter: I do not understand on what grounds have you blocked me I have been accused of being a Sock-puppet with a few more accounts however the only users I have seen before are @UserBlack112: and this Template:Maillokmangal person both of which I suspect are dummy accounts planted to prove me as a sockpuppet. Isn't it very Continent that the moment that I start questioning @Krimuk2.0: edit on Priyanka Chopra page Which was clearly violated by the putting Priyanka Chopra married clearly before she was actually married Which was a PR stunt BY @Krimuk2.0: there are links to the articles they were wanting to make
https://www.republicworld.com/entertainment-news/bollywood-news/heres-how-priyanka-chopra-nick-jonas-wikipedia-pages-look-after-their-nuptials
https://hindi.news18.com/news/entertainment/bollywood-priyanka-chopra-and-nick-jonas-wikipedia-pages-updated-after-wedding-in-jodhpur-1603352.html
https://hindi.latestly.com/entertainment/wikipedia-makes-official-announcement-of-priyanka-chopra-nick-jonas-marriage-84203.html You can check the edits on the pages of Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas Page were absolutely timed in a manner
And then to get me to keep Quite as magically two accounts attempt vandalism on two pages I previously edited of which I did questioned @UserBlack112: for doing so and asked the user to join the talk page instead of resorting to vandalism. Why am I being penalized for this ?? And What is this statement "Using different devices but found together in more than one ISP on same exact IPs, calling it" Give me evidence of the IPs if I have attempted anything . I request a fare trial. This is absolute cyber bullying. Or If there is some internal thing not to speak about this edit tell me and I wont speak about . I am least interested in what is going on her I have adhered to the Wikipedia Norms I may have made some citation errors but otherwise I have never tried malicious. I have recenly signed up with wikiedu.org Im intrested in completing my studies that It . Speak to me at afeemtyagi@gmail.com if any communication required. @Xeno: @Xaosflux: @Worm That Turned: @Wizardman: @Warofdreams: @WJBscribe: @Useight: @UninvitedCompany: @Pakaran:

Decline reason:

I have reviewed the technical data and looked at behavioral evidence because of the possibility that there are numerous users working together here. I agree with Berean Hunter's conclusions. There are multiple accounts on the same IP on different ISPs. I suppose WP:MEAT is also a possibility, though I doubt it personally, but regardless, it is clear the policy on using multiple accounts has been violated.
