I noticed you created two templates, Template:Protection-index/user Bureaucrat and Template:Protection-index/user admin.

These look like experiments.

Experimental templates like this should be moved to a sub-page of your user page, such as User:Protection-index/user Bureaucrat and User:Protection-index/user admin.

Since your account is new, you cannot move the pages.

Template:Protection-index/user admin should not be used on "user" pages until it is fixed

This template currently puts any page it is used on into Category:Administrators.

As you can see by clicking on that link, this category is about people whose off-wiki, real-life jobs have something to do with "administration." Wikipedia "user pages" such as User:Protection-index should NOT be in this category.

Before using Template:Protection-index/user admin on your user page, please edit it so that it does not put your user page in that category.

If you meant to use Category:Wikipedia administrators you can change it to use that, but if you do, do not use it on your own user page until or unless you become a Wikipedia administrator.
