It is high-time we document the next phase of project management[1]. Namely, the language of complex projects. Once a common language is established then, and only then, will complex projects be assured success in all three environments of a project. Change impacts will be analyzed & processed accordingly, informed Board Decision(s) made, systematically controlling the project with Configuration Management, timeliness in all processes, irreversible engineering implemented, and motivated synergized team(s) delivering required products. Thru all this complex interaction, and closed loop communication, a successful project is delivered allowing the creation of the next world-changing technology.
Impactor (Other Definition)
[edit]Impactor--Also can be used as a word that signifies a person required by Change-Board, closed-loop reporting procedures to provide detailed Cost, Schedule, and/or Technical change comments (IMPACTS)and or concurrence/non-concurrence type assessment. Typically used in a technical program/project managed environment[2]. Example of use: "Are you sure all your Impactors had enough time to get with their suppliers to see if they can comply with this Change Request?"

Project Management-Traditional vs. Modern Usage--Systems Engineering Approach.
[edit]Project Management tools in the right hands can change the world. Motivated individuals can achieve complex change both technically and socially by use of proven Project Management tools and techniques. A proposed method of managing the Technical branch of the Project Management Tree may be through the use of documented Systems Engineering principles. See NASA Systems Engineer Handbook as required.[3]

Thank you kindly Missionedit. I hope someday you can take a new padawon uner your wing as I would live to be able to learn more about editing and creating new classes of stuff (specifically Project Management). I believe I have some fresh thoughts based on almost 20-years doing this as well as being energized to change the world for the better! Again...thank you and maybe someday we can chat on the phone or something.Projectmanagerboy (talk) 21:31, 7 January 2016 (UTC)
