Kenneth's peer review

In my assessment of this article, I thought the article was well written, though there were no citations or enough references to support the main idea in the article itself. the writer touched on the main points without going too deep into unnecessary explanations. There were few repetitive with the acronyms, but overall, it was easy to understand.
