Stop icon You may be blocked from editing without further warning the next time you violate Wikipedia's biographies of living persons policy by inserting unsourced or poorly sourced defamatory or otherwise controversial content into an article on Kenneth Price or any other Wikipedia page. ...Modernist (talk) 23:22, 15 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Pri-ya chen. If you are affiliated with some of the people, places or things you have written about in the article Kenneth Price, you may have a conflict of interest or close connection to the subject.

All editors are required to comply with Wikipedia's neutral point of view content policy. People who are very close to a subject often have a distorted view of it, which may cause them to inadvertently edit in ways that make the article either too flattering or too disparaging. People with a close connection to a subject are not absolutely prohibited from editing about that subject, but they need to be especially careful about following the reliable sources and writing with as little bias as possible.

If you are very close to a subject, here are some ways you can reduce the risk of problems:

  • Avoid or exercise great caution when editing or creating articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with.
  • Be cautious about deletion discussions. Everyone is welcome to provide information about independent sources in deletion discussions, but avoid advocating for deletion of articles about your competitors.
  • Avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam).
  • Exercise great caution so that you do not accidentally breach Wikipedia's content policies.

Please familiarize yourself with relevant content policies and guidelines, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, verifiability of information, and autobiographies.

For information on how to contribute to Wikipedia when you have a conflict of interest, please see our frequently asked questions for organizations. Thank you. Toddst1 (talk) 00:16, 16 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits seem to have the appearance of edit warring after a review of the reverts you have made on Kenneth Price. Users are expected to collaborate and discuss with others and avoid editing disruptively.

Please be particularly aware, the three-revert rule states that:

  1. Making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period is almost always grounds for an immediate block.
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss the changes; work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Toddst1 (talk) 00:17, 16 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I have deleted this draft article because it contained an attack on a living person. At the moment, it appears as your account was created for a single purpose of attacking Kenneth Price. Please note that wikipedia may not be used for such goals, and continuing within this line will result in an immediate and indefinite block of your account. Materialscientist (talk) 01:17, 16 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Clarify above

[edit]

You just got a lot of warnings in a short period of time, so let me try to put them in perspective. The key issue is that you cannot use Wikipedia to advance your own personal opinions about a subject. It is doubly the case when what you are advancing is a criticism of a living person. Only information from reliable sources may be added to Wikipedia. That link is neither reliable nor acceptable. If some reliable source, like a newspaper or news program has commented on this issue, you may add such info to the article (of course, you'll need to be sure you state the info neutrally). However, if you attempt, even one more time, to add that link or any other defamatory information about a living person, you will be blocked. Qwyrxian (talk) 01:20, 16 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

And what if my life was under attack <redacted>? Is Wikipedia a protector of living knowledge or a once sided source of information?

Then you should go to the police. Wikipedia is a place to disseminate neutral information that is verified by reliable sources. If that's not what you're interested in doing, then you'll need to find another site to add information to. Qwyrxian (talk) 05:00, 20 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

IN REPLY TO YOU BLOCKING ME AND SUBTITLING MY DESIST NOTICE UNDER A THREAT :

I have no problem with you blocking me. If I share with you any knowledge it has to be enlightening one as such is the knowledge I hold and educated upon. I decent the linage of Mahatma Gandhi and I already saw a lot of false information in your project to name one in the Advaita Vedanta section; you may choose to promote knowledge which is not accurate wilfully, it happened before in the human history that knowledge was manipulated. In person, I only share knowledge with those who ask for it;

As per the legal notice served to you in the matter of Ken Price, my demand as the Author stand still, you have to remove all the infringing content indicated. You of course can do as you wish. I can only serve you a notice and act accordingly to your response. I advise you that in the case you shall continue with infringing transmission an action be held against you as designated by law.

Feel free to call me if you have any question; (Personal information deleted.)

Respectfully,

Pri-Ya PS/ is you policy per living Authors valid to all Authors without discrimination? Because as the Author of the painting expression infringed by Ken Price under sever circumstances, it does feel like you discriminate my Authorship while I'm alive with due respect , my Authorship is my human right. In the case your act is subject to impulse of advancing Ken Price because he gained fame over due the infringement of my copyright, I would encourage you to research and validate information enclosed with you. I am also subject to identity theft. That being said, if you want to dismiss my rights it be your wilful decision. I did more then I'm obliged to by law in informing you.

I advise you check what the fair use covers, more so since I here by served you a notice which you determined to subtitle as a threat. Since Wikipedia is an open directory it is yet unclear to me who you are and who granted you the power to dismiss my claims. As it seems you are blocked me due a notice of infringing image and Plagiarism. I will have to report this now officially to whom ever own this site and order a take down.

Good luck
