Regarding ICC 2016 T20 logo
Hi bro! How are you? How is everything going on?
I hope you'll be fine. Anyways do you think that ICC had already revealed the official logo for 2016 ICC World Twenty20? I think it haven't. But an user has uploaded a logo i.e, File:2016_wc_logo.png, which has no source and is not found anywhere in Google. I nominated it for deletion but no one is commenting on it. Please see. Please do not RV (good faith edits) without saying why
Hello Pratyya,
Please be more judicious in your use of automated tools. There are there to assist you, but they are not there to wield as a club.
In this edit, you reverted an edit, stating merely 'Reverted 2 good faith edits by 95.116.142.176 using STiki'.
Please read-up on WP:RV, especially the section titled Explain reverts. When edits are good faith, as you clearly identified those edits to be, you ought to provide a justification as to why you reverted. What you did there is hostile, and not at all conducive to a healthy editing environment.
For the moment I'll assume that your rv was a rushed mistake, and I don't have the time to hang around for a reply, so I've undone it for now. If you have a problem with that, or with the way disambiguations work, ask someone at WP:ANI to explain.
Regards, -- 95.116.142.176 (talk) 15:20, 15 September 2014 (UTC)
WikiProject Good Articles - GA Cup
WikiProject Good articles is holding a new competition, the GA Cup, from October 1, 2014 - March 28, 2015. The Cup will be based on reviewing Good article nominations; for each review, points will be awarded with bonuses for older nominations, longer articles and comprehensive reviews. All participants will start off in one group and the highest scoring participants will go through to the second round. At the moment six rounds are planned, but this may change based on participant numbers. Some of you may ask: what is the purpose for a competition of this type? Currently, there is a backlog of about 500 unreviewed Good article nominations, almost an all time high. It is our hope that we can decrease the backlog in a fun way, through friendly competition. Everyone is welcome to join; new and old editors! Sign-ups will be open until October 15, 2014 so sign-up now! If you have any questions, take a look at the FAQ page and/or contact one of the four judges. Cheers from NickGibson3900, Dom497, TheQ Editor and Figureskatingfan. --MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 19:04, 15 September 2014 (UTC) To receive future GA Cup newsletter, please add your name to our mailing list.

Changes on Doro Pesch Wiki
Hi Pratyya
this is Hans Hoss, Doro Pesch's personal manager, I am responding to your re-edit, we like to have Doro's exact birthdate removed, as this is normal with other female celebrities, at least to leave the year out. my email: hanshoss@aol.com — Preceding unsigned comment added by DoroPesch (talk • contribs) 13:02, 24 September 2014 (UTC)
- (forgive me for answering for you Pratyya. Hope you don't mind the intrusion) With respect, hiding a celebrity's birthdate is not common either here on Wikipedia or elsewhere. Being a celebrity means that person's personal information is very likely to be available in the public mainstream. As general examples, we have many living celebrities here on Wikipedia who have their birth dates available. Examples include J. K. Rowling, Elaine Paige, and Ann Bannon. For external examples, we need only look as far as Ms. Pesch's IMDB bio for her birth date. Her birth date is also on her last.fm bio, treesdallas.com bio, and on her MTV bio (and many others as well). Attempting to suppress her birth date is impractical. Please keep in mind that Wikipedia is a tertiary provider of information; we rely on secondary and primary sources for our information. We would not have that information were it not already available in secondary and primary sources. --Hammersoft (talk) 14:07, 24 September 2014 (UTC)
- Actually Hammersoft no need to ask for apology. You are an experienced guy. Now Yeah, Remove a person's birthdate isn't okay in Wikipedia. You cannot do that. And others are described by Hammersoft. --Pratyya (Hello!) 14:27, 24 September 2014 (UTC)

GA Cup - September 2014 Newsletter
Welcome to the GA Cup! In less than 72 hours, the competition will begin! Before you all start reviewing nominations we want to make sure you understand the following:
Also, rather than creating a long list on what to remember, make sure you have read the "Scoring", "Submissions", and "FAQ" pages. Now for the one question that we guarantee you have: how on earth will the rounds work??? Yes, we never actually had a solid platform regarding how the rounds would work because we had no idea how many people would sign-up. Even though the competition is about to begin, because sign-ups are still open, it is impossible to say exactly how each round will work. As of now, we can confirm that Round 1 will have everyone compete in one big pool. Depending on the final number of participants after sign-ups close, a to-be-determined number of participants will move on (highest scorers will move on) to Round 2. We guarantee that the top 15 will move on, so make sure you aim for those top positions! Moving on to Round 2, participants will be split into pools of even numbers (for example, every pool will have 6 participants). The pools will be determined by a computer program that places participants by random. More details regarding Round 2 will be sent out at the end of Round 1. It is important to note that the GA Cup will run on UTC time, so make sure you know what time that is for where you live! On that note, the GA Cup will start on October 1 at 0:00:01 UTC; Round 1 will end on October 29 at 23:59:59 UTC; Round 2 will commence on November 1 at 0:00:01 UTC. All reviews must be started after or on the start time of the round. If you qualify for Round 2 but do not complete a review before the end of Round 1, the review can be carried over to Round 2; however that review will not count for Round 1. Prior to the start of the the second round, participants who qualify to move on will be notified. Finally, if you know anyone else that might be interesting in participating, let them know! Sign-ups close on October 15 so there is still plenty of time to join in on the action! If you have any further questions, contact one of the judges or leave a message here. On October 16 or 17, 2014, check the Pools page as we will post the exact number of participants that will move on to the next round. Because this number will be determined past the halfway mark of Round 1, we encourage you to aim to be in the top 15 as the top 15 at the end of the round are guaranteed to move on. Cheers from NickGibson3900, Dom497, TheQ Editor and Figureskatingfan. To subscribe or unsubscribe to future GA Cup newsletter, please add or remove your name to our mailing list. If you are a participant, you will be on the mailing list no matter what as this is the easiest way to communicate between all participants.
