[edit]Hello, I'm DVdm. I wanted to let you know that I reverted one of your recent contributions—specifically this edit to Face to Face: A Live Recording—because it did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help desk. Thanks. DVdm (talk) 13:03, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
Notes:
- re [1]: the source says "sort of", not "sorts of", which is grammatically wrong anyway. Also, "set list" is ok.
- re [2]: as you can verify in the article, Sivaganga district is written without the article "the".
- re [3]: Salem is the headquarter.
- re [4]: There is no need to alter the serial comma style — see MOS:SERIAL: "Editors may use either convention so long as each article is internally consistent." See also MOS:STYLERET.
Please be much more careful when editing. Thank you. - DVdm (talk) 13:18, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
Another note:
Before you make changes, check the sources. - DVdm (talk) 14:58, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
I replied at the help desk: [7]. You should discuss here, not there. - DVdm (talk) 15:12, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
@DVdm:yes ok
- As per the help desk, I thought the second diff is suitable. You would say something is "in the disctrict of" somewhere, and the fourth isn't an example of the oxford or serial comma. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talk • contribs) 15:15, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
Pratss31 (talk) 15:52, 11 March 2021 (UTC)hi, In concert should be used when you are referring to something happening in front of you eyes. It should be while in concert or in a concert. But yes its a quote , so yes u should input whatever the person said.
- Please sign your messages with four tildes after the message, not before it.
- There is nothing wrong with the term "in concert". Check the literature. - DVdm (talk) 16:23, 11 March 2021 (UTC)
