Vandalism in a ref list

[edit]

Thanks for the complement on my username. To fix embedded vandalism in a footnoted reference, you need to spot the point within the article text body where the reference is first cited in full, and then correct it there inside the "ref" tags. I usually just copy the vandalised phrase, open the edit link at the top of the article, and then Control-F for it. Hope that helps. -Hit bull, win steak(Moo!) 17:31, 12 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Tagging articles

[edit]

When you tag an article, it might help for you to explain in detail what the issues are on the discussion page. In particular, if you use the {{copypaste}} template, then it is ordinarily mandatory at least to indicate the source that you believe was copied. Even a descriptive edit summary would be helpful in some cases. Happy editing, 173.75.159.210 (talk) 22:34, 1 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Tagging an article

[edit]

In regard to this edit, I entirely agree that the article needed to get cleaned up a lot. It still does, despite some work I've done in that direction.

But I don't understand in what respects you think it looked like a "personal reflection or essay". Can you explain that. Michael Hardy (talk) 01:01, 1 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Translation of 95 year old philosophy.

[edit]

Greetings,

I am trying to get a team together who would finally translate "Sistema di logica come teoria del conoscere" into English. I thought Wikipedia's list of Italian-to-English translators might be a good group to 'hit up' on this subject. If personal assistance cannot be provided, perhaps suggestions or helping point me in the right direction of who might be willing to help? Best regards & thank you.
