Welcome to Wikipedia

[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia! Regarding your question about allegations against a certain individual, Wikipedia has very strict rules. You probably should not be mentioning this at all in Wikipedia in the absence of very reliable, previously published third-party sources. See [1]. I would suggest that you consider not mentioning anything else about these allegations at all where the individual involved has not been convicted. Yours, Famspear 21:01, 5 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Dear Populistdude: The material which you inserted has been deleted from the talk page, per Wikipedia rules and guidelines. It's not that the material is necessarily considered vandalism. Wikipedia must be very careful, in any material that talks about living persons, to print only material that is verifiable by sourcing to reliable, published third-parties.
