Read your message about fonts

The problem of rendering uyirmeyyezuththu inappropriately is there in Firefox browser. Can you try Internet Explorer? -- Sundar ^{\talk \contribs} 13:07, 28 November 2005 (UTC)

I'm not sure it'll work fine on wine. You may need to install Arial Unicode MS as well, which may be a pain. Currently, I edit using Firefox on RedHat Enterprise Linux 4. I do see the same problem, but I'm kind of used to it. -- Sundar ^{\talk \contribs} 14:12, 28 November 2005 (UTC)

Good editing on the LTTE article!

Just wanted to say that your cleanup of the article seems to head in the right direction - with some more we should be able to remove the "cleanup" tag. Good map added

The map with LTTE controlled areas looks fairly good, but I thought the GOSL had control of the Mannar-Vavuniya corridor. And I thought the LTTE had firm control of an area in the east more south, and closer to Trincomalee. But overall - very good.

One thing though, good if you could upload it on [Commons], so all language versions of Wikipedia could use it. I plan to insert it into the Norwegian language version about LTTE, and guess others would want to do the same. Ulflarsen 15:59, 9 December 2005 (UTC)

I've no idea what to do about the Tamil unicode problem - it's equally a problem for me, and I assume for many in India and Sri Lanka. Maybe we can set up a script to automatically translate between TSCII and unicode encoding? It should be quite easy to soup one up using the Traditional / Simplified Chinese convertor they use on the Chinese Wikipedia. user:Sundar is the person to speak to about this.

Voted to delete the redirect

Hi - did the vote, good you fix that. Whatever one mean of Prabhakaran I see no sense in that "title". Have done some reverts on the article during x-mas as there has been various edits that have tried to add biased stuff. Hi - check the talk page on the LTTE article. I looked trough it, and also changed the info regarding the latest election. According to my sources, also in Jaffna, the people there did not wote due to fear for the threaths from the LTTE. Otherwise it seems good now - but suggest we may leave it for a day or two and see if anyone has serious objections to the article as it is. Can you check out the article about the LTTE

Hi, I would be happy if you could check out the article about the LTTE. An anonymous user keeps on editing it in a way that I believe is POV, seems to me he is out to whitewash the LTTE. I have alerted the community but good if you also could have a look. I have tried to reason on the discussion page but the one who does the edits have not answered there. Just wanted to inform you that I was wondering if I should write yet another answer to the user Jonathan, and decided to let it be. He may just do a rewrite and then one will see what comes out of it, and it can always be rolled back. For my part, I think I have exhausted my knowledge, as I am certainly not an expert on the LTTE. Whether he is - and is a neutral one, remains to be seen. Regarding your contributions I found them more than helpful in making a useful, balanced article and I am glad you offered some of your time to this strange animal that Wikipedia surely is. Regarding the map of LTTE controlled areas

Hi, the map is good, but I believe the LTTE controls a bigger piece of the coastal area towards Point Pedro. Can check that out if you disagree, but I believe there should be a rather straight separation line out to the sea from Pallai. Ulflarsen 19:34, 10 May 2006 (UTC)

The idiot who has posted the above message is playing the devil in Carnatic Music article. He not only removed the information about it but also acts innocent. Ask him to get out of carnatic related articles if it has to contain any quality information.

Thanks for your editing on Vatteluttu. Just like the classification of the Indo-Aryan scripts called Devanagari, there should be an overall classification or term for all the Dravidian circular styled scripts. Is there any way of finding out if there is such a term?
