[edit]Hi, fellow editor. Your recent edits to the Tottenham Hotspur article, Honours section, have been undone. As I explain in the edit, it has long been the consensus that this section is for wins only; if you wish to seek a new consensus please do so on the Tottenham Hotspur F.C. talk page here. - In Wikipedia:WikiProject Football/Clubs#Honours it states Honours are "Achievements of the club including wins and second places. For clubs with a large number of major trophies, it may be appropriate to omit second places." I hope this helps you understand. LenF54 (talk)
- Thanks for your input. The way I see it however is that in the case of Tottenham Hotspur, it does not have a very large number of major trophies for it to warrant not listing second places. Especially when compared to articles like Chelsea F.C. which use this format. --Plumbobar (talk) 16:21, 25 April 2023 (UTC)
- Tottenham Hotspur have 27 wins listed - not as many as Chelsea admittedly but still a large number. I have looked at the Chelsea F.C. article, Honours section, and it lists only wins. See here. LenF54 (talk) 18:12, 25 April 2023 (UTC)
