Great work on the new articles. One little thing, references should go after punctuation (after a comma or the period at end of sentence).

Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference

[edit]

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.

For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of WP:MINOR, and believe that it is still beneficial to the encyclopedia to have all your edits marked as such by default, then this discussion will give you the details you need to continue with this functionality indefinitely. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.

Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot (talk) 19:53, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Articles for deletion

[edit]

Hi Pixi Uno, I've listed Valhalla (band) for deletion at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Valhalla (band). The process here on enwiki is that the WP:PROD tag can be removed by anyone, and it should be readded but instead the article should be nominated at WP:AFD, where it can be discussed for a week. That's because PROD is only meant for really uncontroversial cases. Please feel free to comment in the AFD discussion. Regards, Jafeluv (talk) 21:59, 15 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Cimber

[edit]

I call it arrogant to assume that a very new airline is going to be instantly the most important thing to go on the title Cimber. We already have an article Cimber Sterling. Am I to take it that Cimber Sterling has gone into liquidation and instantly re-formed itself as just Cimber? If so, I suggest you create a new on article at Cimber (airline). — RHaworth (talk · contribs) 17:12, 16 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Template:Blokhus FC squad has been nominated for deletion. You are invited to comment on the discussion at the template's entry on the Templates for discussion page. Kq-hit (talk) 11:08, 24 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The article Jonas Thorsen has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Article about a footballer who fails WP:GNG and who has not played in a fully pro league.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Jeg vil lige kommenter linkspam. Deleted many times in dawp. Pixi du ved udemærket godt at de første 2 udgaver var meget ring, i forhold til denne udgave. --Søren1997 (talk // contributions) 16:29, 9 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Kkj11210. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Höegh Autoliners without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; I restored the removed content. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! My post just got delete??

[edit]

Why did you delete my post?? All the things i did write was true, and neutral? Didn't break any rules, and it's a real game, that a lot of young people play? So why delete it? How do i get it back? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Morten Darving Schlüter (talkcontribs) 23:24, 11 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Brussels Airlines destinations, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Billund. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

The article Andreas Hagen (footballer) has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.

If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one.
