Hello, Pittsburgpubliclibrary! Thanks for composing the library article; I've cut it down a bit to fit Wikipedia standards (you can find my reasoning at the article's talk page), but you provided a good base from which to build the article. There's a possible copyright problem with the picture — you've stated that the source is the library itself. Do you have the authority to release the picture into the public domain?
