Víctor Meliveo moved to draftspace

[edit]

An article you recently created, Víctor Meliveo, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hi. I note that you used an external links to IMDb on this new article, which is fine. However, you don't seem to be aware that there are specific templates for doing that, namely {{IMDb title}} and {{IMDb name}}. These are to be preferred to the way you did it, for reasons explained at WT:WikiProject Film/Archive 79#Masking imdb links as wikilinks: saving others like me having to clean up afterwards. Incidentally, I've changed the name of that section to "External links", which follow our manual of style. Regards. Mike Turnbull (talk) 20:27, 21 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

New biography about Spanish Sculptor

[edit]

Hello, I would like you to help me to review the article I have created about a Spanish sculptor. I see that you have made more biographies about Spanish artists and creators. It is in my sandbox. And to help me, if you see fit, to get it published. Thank you very much Arts&mas (talk) 12:45, 29 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Translation of Margarita Urueta

[edit]

Thank you, Pirandello3, for creating Margarita Urueta which you have acknowledged as a translation from the Spanish on the article's sport page. To avoid copyright problems, you also need to include attribution in an edit summary on the article itself as explained in Help:Translation. You can sort things out on this one by including a note as explained in WP:RIA. If you intend to create more biographies of women, you might like to join WikiProject Women in Red where we are trying to improve the coverage of women on the English Wikipedia. You can sign up under "New registrations" on Wikipedia:WikiProject Women in Red/New members. Happy editing!--Ipigott (talk) 10:02, 25 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for registering, Pirandello3, and welcome to Women in Red. In connection with women's biographies, you might find it useful to look through the guidance in our Ten Simple Rules. Please let me know if you run into any difficulties or need assistance. Happy editing!--Ipigott (talk) 15:11, 28 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
