The Wikipedia Tutorial is a good place to start learning about Wikipedia. If you have any questions, see the help pages, add a question to the village pump or ask me on my talk page. By the way, you can sign your name on Talk and discussion pages using four tildes, like this: ~~~~ (the software will replace them with your signature and the date). Again, welcome! Welcome to Wikipedia. It might not have been your intention, but your recent edit removed content from Rice. When removing text, please specify a reason in the edit summary and discuss edits that are likely to be controversial on the article's talk page. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the text has been restored, as you can see from the page history. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia, and if you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. RepublicanJacobiteThe'FortyFive' 03:33, 29 December 2009 (UTC) Yeah i guess I thought I did put an edit summary. From what I read the overview is supposed to be talking about facts and statistics and give a modest overview, not speculate on vague hopes for the future about food security. Upon reviewing the article though I noticed there was a major section about bioengineering, so I will leave the edit as is. I hope the rest of my changes, mostly typographical corrections were appreciated ^^ PipingHotSoup (talk) 18:02, 29 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
