[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia, and thank you for your contributions. One of the core policies of Wikipedia is that articles should always be written from a neutral point of view. Please remember to observe this important core policy. Thank you. HkCaGu (talk) 03:54, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, there is a Manual of Style that should be followed to maintain a consistent, encyclopedic appearance. Using different styles throughout the encyclopedia makes it harder to read. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to Wikipedia. However, please know that editors do not own articles and should respect the work of their fellow contributors. If you create or edit an article, know that others are free to change its content. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. You need to understand the basic rules of Wikipedia. You do not own the articles, and thus cannot require someone to discuss with you before changing stuff. Next, you must write in neutral language without peacock terms. Materials must also be notable, thus airports having accessible and VIP facilities is not out of the ordinary. Airport and airline articles are also governed by Wikiprojects such as WP:AIRPORT and WP:AIRLINE, and styles (such as date format) are governed by a Manual of Style. You should also sign when you edit talk pages. HkCaGu (talk) 05:38, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free media (File:Ilicha-Logo.png)
[edit]Thanks for uploading File:Ilicha-Logo.png. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'file' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "File" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. feydey (talk) 12:34, 25 February 2011 (UTC)
Unblock

Request reason:
I am new to wiki-contribution, and I don't know most of the rules.
Decline reason:
You were told to stop breaking the very specific rules. You were advised of why it was problematic. You then did it again, and lied about the source of the image. You willfully - and against sage warnings - put Wikipedia at legal risk by including copyrighted images and claiming them as your own. The only way to protect the project now is to prevent this behaviour. There is no "try"; there is only "do" (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 11:06, 26 February 2011 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I learned my valuable lesson, I have to get started on my project
Decline reason:
Reading your edits of earlier today (which remain available even if you remove them) I am not convinced that you have learned your lesson, as you put it. You talk about "seeing your side". You clearly fail to understand that you DO NOT HAVE a side. You are wrong. End of discussion. You must convince us that you accept this. --Anthony Bradbury"talk" 16:47, 26 February 2011 (UTC)

I accept your instructions (see more on talk page)
Decline reason:
It is not clear what "instructions" you accept. When you were blocked you were given the offer of an unblock if you promise to refrain from all image uploads completely, but I can see no evidence that you have agreed to that. You also seem unable to accept that the answer to how you can "license" someone else's work for use is that you can't. There are a few specific exceptions, but generally speaking you can't upload photographs without permission from the owners of the copyright. You have had this explained to you repeatedly, and been linked to further information about copyright and Wikipedia's policy on it, but you are unable or unwilling to accept what you are told. If you cannot accept that the answer to "how can I upload other people's photographs without their permission" is "you can't" then it won't be long before you are blocked indefinitely, rather than just for two weeks. Please understand that I accept it, I just need help licensing the pictures. I found that a lot of people take pictures from the web and post them here at wiki, they provide the source and the authors name, and no permissions. I thought I could do the same. No one ever taught me how to licenses, I just got warnings, and then got blocked that's all. How will I ever learn how to upload them properly?? The reason I am to desperate for unblock is because I started working really hard on this project: http://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/List_of_airports_in_Ukraine . If I am blocked who else will edit/add those airports. What I meant by "my side" is that I want you to see my point of view, I didn't mean to post all those pictures like that, it's just I never knew how to upload them properly, please understand me. I got blocked just because of my misunderstanding. Gleb|talk|. 1:24 AM, 26 February 2011 (GMT)}}
Removing unblock notices
[edit]Please do not remove declined unblock requests as long as the block is still in effect. Once the block has ended you are welcome to remove them. JamesBWatson (talk) 13:13, 28 February 2011 (UTC)
You guys blocked me, what else should I do? I don't want them on my page no one will decide to unblock me. Let me have some of "my space" at least here. -Gleb
- I see that you have not only chosen to ignore that instruction but, worse, you have also vandalised the notices, falsifying information in them. I am therefore going to revoke your access to this talk page for the duration of the block. I am also giving you notice now that if vandalism or other disruptive editing continues after the block expires then you may well be blocked indefinitely. There is no such thing as "my space" at Wikipedia. User pages are to a large extent left to users' discretion, but neither they nor any other Wikipedia pages are the private property of users, and you are not free to abuse them.
