I noticed your recent edit here; you can find the guidelines for notability related to web sites at WP:WEB. Put briefly, a web site is only notable if it's been significantly written about in significant independent sources, like newspapers, magazines, and independent web sites (not blogs!), and you can cite those sources]]. Check out our article on Boing Boing for one example of an article on a notable web site, and the ways it can be cited to reliable sources. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 20:49, 25 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Please do not replace Wikipedia pages with blank content, as you did to Wikipedia talk:Your first article. Blank pages are harmful to Wikipedia because they have a tendency to confuse readers. If it is a duplicate article, please redirect it to an appropriate existing page. If the page has been vandalized, please revert it to the last legitimate version. If you feel that the content of a page is inappropriate, please edit the page and replace it with appropriate content. If you believe there is no hope for the page, please see the deletion policy for how to proceed. ~SuperHamster Talk Contribs 20:53, 25 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for asking a question on Wikipedia talk:Your first article. However, please add new messages to the bottom of the talk page, instead of replacing all the content, which is why I reverted your edit. You can copy your message from here. Thanks, ~SuperHamster Talk Contribs 20:55, 25 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Still have questions...

[edit]

I am new to writing wikipedia articles and I have a few questions...

[edit]

Sorry for replacing the page, as I said I am new here and I tried to add a new section. It was an accident.

I still have some questions regarding the same subject as last time. What if it is a new website that only a few people know about? The website that I want to write an article about is here:
http://iamzelda-org.blogspot.com/

I want to write an article about it but I don't know how to cite it because there is no other source, trustworthy or not, which has information on the article. Sorry about the accident, PikaPower3.14

If no significant sources have written about this web site, then it doesn't meet the notability criteria, and Wikipedia doesn't need an article about it. Feel free to check out WP:HELP for more information about the encyclopedia and how you can help make it better. -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 21:15, 25 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
