Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Romke Kleefstra has been reverted.
Your edit here to Romke Kleefstra was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://romkekleefstra.blogspot.nl/) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 21:25, 23 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Managing a conflict of interest

[edit]

Information icon Hello, Piiptsjilling. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places, or things you have written about in the article Romke Kleefstra, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a COI may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic, and it is important when editing Wikipedia articles that such connections be completely transparent. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. In particular, we ask that you please:

  • avoid editing or creating articles related to you and your family, friends, school, company, club, or organization, as well as any competing companies' projects or products;
  • instead, you are encouraged to propose changes on the Talk pages of affected article(s) (see the {{request edit}} template);
  • when discussing affected articles, disclose your COI (see WP:DISCLOSE);
  • avoid linking to the Wikipedia article or to the website of your organization in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
  • exercise great caution so that you do not violate Wikipedia's content policies.

In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).

Please take a few moments to read and review Wikipedia's policies regarding conflicts of interest, especially those pertaining to neutral point of view, sourcing and autobiographies. Thank you. RA0808 talkcontribs 03:47, 24 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Ways to improve Romke Kleefstra

[edit]

Hi, I'm JamesG5. Piiptsjilling, thanks for creating Romke Kleefstra!

I've just tagged the page, using our page curation tools, as having some issues to fix. Multiple inline text links to band pages & the like, all should be removed. Creator's name is same as subject's band, clear WP:COI issue and violation of WP:USERNAME. A few sources cited, but no inline text notes so appears much of this is WP:OR. Needs much more 3rd party refs & sources for credibility and to show WP:NOTABILITY. Overly detailed in both personal details and technical info.

The tags can be removed by you or another editor once the issues they mention are addressed. If you have questions, you can leave a comment on my talk page. Or, for more editing help, talk to the volunteers at the Teahouse.

Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "Piiptsjilling", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because Usernames may not represent a group, yours is that of a band.. If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing this form, or you may simply create a new account for editing. Thank you. JamesG5 (talk) 02:38, 31 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
